Interested students are encouraged to return completed applications no later thanMarch 8, 2024. Please submit only one application. Completed applications will be reviewed by the 4C administration team.
This application does not obligate students to attend the 4C Academy nor does it guarantee acceptance. Accepted students and parents will receive additional information to confirm their attendance to the 4C Academy for Fall 2024.
If you are accepted, an acceptance letter will be sent to the email addresses provided on the application. Therefore, it is very important to correctly type your email on the application, check your email after March 18, 2024 and respond with any requested information. The 4C Academy has limited available slots, so please submit your application by the due date.
